What data is processed

When you complete the enquiry form: name, email address, and where provided your company name, telephone number, country or city, and the message you write. Required fields are marked on the form itself.

While browsing: anonymous measurement data about which pages are viewed, and only if you have given cookie consent. If you decline, no measurement cookie runs and this data is not collected.

No payment is taken through this site. Card details, identity numbers and comparable data are never requested at any stage.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is processed solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and manage the resulting commercial relationship. Legal basis: Article 5/2-c of Law No. 6698 (directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract) together with your explicit consent.

Your data is not added to a marketing list, sold to third parties, or used for advertising.

Transfers

Form data is forwarded by email to the relevant desk within the company. No transfer is made to third parties other than our email and hosting providers. Where a transfer abroad occurs, Article 9 of Law No. 6698 applies.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept for a maximum of twelve months and then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a commercial relationship, statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

Under Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to its processing.

Requests can be sent to info@floryafurniture.com and are answered within thirty days at the latest.
