Manufacturing
Seven stages, one roof
Design through dispatch runs in our own facility in Kayseri. We do not subcontract production.
Production process
- 01
Design
Every new model is first built as a 1:1 frame mock-up. Proportion is judged by sitting in it, not on a screen.

- 02
Cutting
Fabric is cut on a CNC table with the pattern direction marked piece by piece. On velvet, pile direction is not optional.

- 03
Frame
Beech is kiln-dried in house to 8–10% moisture. Corners are blocked; joints are glued and stapled.

- 04
Upholstery
Zigzag springs, webbing and felt are tensioned in sequence. Foam runs 30–38 dns depending on the model.

- 05
Stitching
Buttons are pulled by hand. A Saray three-seater carries 210 of them; not one is machine-set.

- 06
Quality Control
Every set passes a light-cabinet fabric inspection, then a full open-and-close cycle test on the mechanism.

- 07
Dispatch
PE film, corner protection and carton. Legs ship detached, which recovers volume in container loading.
