Process
- 01Enquiry and analysisTarget market, volume, fabric group and delivery terms are established.
- 02Sample and fabric selectionSwatch book is dispatched. A single production sample can be prepared on request.
- 03Proforma invoicePrice, payment schedule, lead time and Incoterm issued in writing.
- 04Production planningThe order enters the production calendar and fabric is reserved.
- 05Quality controlEvery unit passes light-cabinet and mechanism testing; a photographic report is shared.
- 06Container loading and dispatchLoading is photographed. The document set is emailed before departure.
Production and shipping
- Minimum order
- One 40'HC as a mixed load. 20 sets for a single model.

- EXW Kayseri · FOB Mersin / İstanbul · CIF named port
- Lead time
- 25–35 days from order confirmation; 18 days when the fabric is in stock.
- Payment terms
- 30% with order, 70% before loading. Letter of credit accepted.
- Container loading
- 20'GP: 9–11 sets · 40'GP: 19–22 sets · 40'HC: 23–26 sets (3+3+1 configuration, legs detached)
- Packaging
- PE film, foam corner protection, double-wall carton. Legs boxed separately with the assembly key.

- OEM / private label
- Own-brand labelling, customer-supplied fabric, bespoke dimensions and your own packaging artwork.
- Sample policy
- Swatch book free of charge, freight at buyer's cost. Production samples are chargeable and credited against the first order.
